I moved to Bangalore to learn German as part of my plan to study in Germany. Living away from home for the first time taught me independence, resilience, and cultural adaptability while forming friendships across diverse backgrounds.

I pursued my B.Sc. in Applied Biology in Germany, embracing a new culture, traveling across cities, and building a global network. These years expanded my perspective and sharpened my communication skills.

I was elected as a European Youth Delegate, representing youth voices at platforms like the European Parliament, National Assembly (Paris), and World Forum for Democracy, advocating for stronger mental health policies.

After surviving clinical depression and a suicide attempt, I turned my struggles into purpose by founding Moksha Foundation. What began as a small initiative grew into a global movement across India, USA, Canada, UK, and Europe, breaking mental health stigma and creating safe spaces worldwide.

Alongside advocacy, I built a career in pharmaceuticals, working in the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium in research, consulting, and product development, combining science with a mission to improve healthcare access.

I explored a different side of storytelling by acting as a diamond seller in Netflix’s “Rough Diamond”, filmed in Antwerp. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of media to create awareness.

I joined UNICEF as a Youth Advocate, contributing to global discussions on children’s rights and mental health. I also represented youth-driven initiatives at Vibrant Gujarat and other international summits.
I delivered a TEDx talk on mental health, leadership, and transforming struggles into purpose, encouraging others to embrace resilience and challenge societal stigmas.

I founded KosmiQua to bring premium European skincare and cosmetics to India, blending science, entrepreneurship, and global innovation.

I was honored to be featured in Forbes Arabia for my mission to make “Healing the New Luxury.” The article highlighted my work with Moksha Foundation, KosmiQua, and my upcoming project recognizing my efforts to blend empathy, innovation, and purpose into everything I create.
